It is no longer news that in December 2019, the world woke to the report of a viral infection, coronavirus (COVID-19). It’s first case was reported in China, Wuhan territory. The upper respiratory tract virus has since been called a global pandemic after cases were reported in most continents.
The Outbreak of Covid-19 has affected a lot of lives and taken the freedom movement of many. Social activities has been suspended indefinitely as well as offices. Italy has taken the lead for the highest death by 627 in a day, Toll tops 4,000 as Nigeria topped an extra 4 case which sums up to 16. It is however important that we take our personal hygiene serious so as to keep off from being effected with the virus.
The suspension of social gathering has caused everyone to practice self isolation for fear of being effected. Basic human needs like hand sanitizers and tissues have become unnecessarily expensive as the demand increases and the supply seem to never be enough.
I came across this post below on WhatsApp 👇🏾. It is supposed to be a joke but if you haven’t had this feeling then you need to be grateful 😃. Most times people get confused on where and how to go about checking their health status and they immediately conclude to stay indoors but this is totally wrong. Seek help.
Walking down my street this afternoon, I noticed a lot of people walking in fear of death as they moved around with their hand gloves 🧤 properly kitted, facial mask and disposable tissue papers.
It was a bit funny to find the cost of tissue paper costing $35 each. Which is totally wrong but you really can’t blame the ones buying them as fear has subjected them to that act. However in victoria, it was reported that the regular use of Tissue is constantly having a great effect on the sewage system.
I came across a post on Wednesday, 16th of March, concerning a brief illustration on how to make hand sanitizer so as to save cost. This was indeed a useful article for everyone as it will not only save cost but also save lives. We literally don’t know who has been touching those sanitizers and making your personal sanitizer is 100% safe.
Possible symptoms of Covid-19
1. Fever
2. Cough
3. Shortness of breath
How can I prevent Covid-19 ?
1. Wash your hands regularly: this will help you stay clean as the water and soda helps you to get rid of any virus you must have come across.
2. Maintain social distances: this is really not the year for event planners but you know health is wealth and that’s a reason to maintain our health. You need to stay isolated for as long as this last.
3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth: the hands have touched so many places and touching your face with that same hand can expose one to the virus.
What can I do if I notice any symptoms ?
You need to seek medical help immediately so as to get a better treatment.Do not attempt to treat yourself. People are scared of being noticed and they end up hiding the virus for too long and this can not only endanger your life but also your friends and loved ones too.
If you notice any symptom, please report to the nearest medical center. Keep a good personal hygiene and remember to stay isolated as long as this will last. Our health must be jealously guided. Stay safe 😷
Great work here. This is a very useful and educative write up about how to prevent this viral virus that is killing all. Thanks for this write up.

I just pray God will intervene and show us love for it not to spread again.

Wow! I’ve also found that we need to take this Social Distancing thing more seriously. Like today, I didn’t gi to Church. Haha! Ours even cancelled service. I believe if we minimise engagement with crowds it’ll be good.
And please, reduce your outings. It’s quite serious and enough reason to cause panic.
